Amanda (DJ name Xera Vera) is originally a classically trained musician in Piano, Violin and Vocals at Trinity College of Music, London.
This half British, half Venezuelan DJ - who produces her own electronic music soon to be released - can be found DJ’ing all over London, sometimes 5 evenings a week and up to mammoth 8 hour sets, in London's hottest night spots: Shoreditch, Tottenham the West End, as well as abroad.
Having received broad musical influences as a child - her sister is a professional Jazz musician based and teaching in Bordeaux Conservatoire, France. Xera Vera cites influences from many genres from Classical Folk, Electronic, Dance, RnB, Hip Hop and World music.
As as result she plays most genres; from Commercial, Pop, House, Hip-Hop, 90s, Contemporary, Latino, Reggaeton, Afro Swing, Baile Funk, Deep House and Techno. There is nothing this lady cant play, and often several genres in the same night.
